I'm a the Director and Partner of Eleorex - a global provider of IT consulting and Enterprise Solutions. I'm a big believer that today's technology MUST yield the convenience, flexibility and ease of use for all businesses. I have had the honor of developing products and providing services to some pretty cool brands, including Johnson and Johnson's, Toyota, Daily Ovation, Business Exchange (Canada), Gameology, RedHat, Hino Motor Sales Australia, Flos (USA), Haney, Hofer, Snaphop, ZipGo.
I have more than 12 years of experience in managing the operation from start-up to established company. I have vastly improved the productivity of Eleorex by implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for everyone in the Eleorex. I've managed and motivated interdisciplinary teams to grasp complex challenges and turn them into slick, successful project development.
I'm fueled by my passion and hunger for learning innovative strategies in the business of Information and Software Technology. I consider myself as a 'forever student' who mostly involved with managing the technical parts of a project, overseeing code quality, development processes and information security.
I've built and managed business from the ground up, worn every hat on the rack, and leapt tall buildings in a single bound. But, that doesn't mean I haven't tasted failure, I just never lose enthusiasm. I always tried to turn every roadblock into an opportunity. Yeah, so, I pretty much do everything.
I hold Post Graduate Degree in Electronics and Communication from Northumbria University, United Kingdom. I have also been part of few certification programs during my graduation like Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA).
I believe mindfulness in the workplace is key to success - so that I arrange some activities like yoga, meditation, fun games and interactive competitions to build great teams.
I have a goal to create maximum job opportunities and employment by adding more services into technology business every year because 'a job' can light up more than one lives.
