How We Built a Custom ERP & Inventory Management System for SGVP

The Brief

SGVP Group is a business with multiple units, each having its own inventory, vendors, purchases, events, and financial activities. Managing all these activities through various systems and processes had become a cumbersome job.

They approached us with a requirement to develop a centralized online platform where all their activities could be brought together under one roof. The idea was to make their day-to-day activities simpler, more organized, and have a system in place to manage all their activities

The Challenge

With the operations of the organization spread out across teams, managing the resources and operations was a challenge in itself. The data was stored in separate systems, which made it hard to ensure consistency as well as retrieve the data when required.

For SGVP, they had to find a solution that could bring all the operations under one single system, reduce the need for manual interventions, as well as ensure real-time access to the important data while keeping the operations simple and user-friendly.

The Solution

We developed a customized ERP and Inventory Management System as per their operational needs. The system acts as a central hub through which teams can manage their activities in a more organized manner.
